Tech Issues Impact Disney World TRON Preview Reservations
Many Disney World Annual Passholders were excited to find TRON preview invitations in their inbox this morning, but it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows.

While it wasn’t surprising to enter the queue and face a wait time of an hour or more, what was frustrating was what happened once we got through the queue.
Tech Issues Impact TRON Preview Reservations
Once you entered the TRON queue, the website gave you an estimated wait time and you could not refresh the page, which would cause you to lose your place in the queue.

Several MickeyBlog team members, however, experienced wait times that kept refreshing on their own, like going from a 16-minute wait back to over an hour wait.

One of our MickeyBlog team members finally got through the queue and was prompted to enter a captcha code.

Each time they entered the code, however, they would just receive a new code to input, despite putting in each code accurately.
After entering the code 7 different times to no avail, the page refreshed and said that they missed their turn to register.
At 9:22 and 9:23 it asked for the captcha again. In total I entered a captcha correctly 7 times. Then @ 9:24 my screen went to Mickey and the main WDW page. @ 9:28 it said I missed my turn. @WaltDisneyWorld @DisneyParks @disney @RobertIger (3/4) pic.twitter.com/Btr1hjy0hY

They ended up having to start all over with the queue, and by that time several dates were already sold out.
As of around 11AM ET, there were still some times available, however, so don’t give up if you haven’t made it through the queue yet!
