Moon Girl Meet and Greet Coming to Disneyland

We’ve got some exciting Marvel news! Disneyland Resort announced today that an all new super-hero Moon Girl is going to be meeting guests at Disney California Adventure Park. Starting on February 15, visitors at Disney California Adventure park will have the unique opportunity to interact with Moon Girl from Disney’s brand-new series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.

The new series will be making its Disney Channel debut on February 10 and will be arriving a few days later on Disney Channel on February 15th.

For those unfamiliar, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur follows a 13-year-old “super-genius” Lunella Lafayette and her 10-ton T-Rex named Devil Dinosaur. When Moon girl accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur to New York City, the duo must work together to protect the Lower East Side from danger.

To celebrate Moon Girl’s arrival at Disney California Adventure park on February 15th, there will be a special one-day only entertainment celebration including a cavalcade on Hollywood Boulevard and a stage show on the Hollywood Backlot Stage. After that she’ll be around to meet with guests.

The Moon Girl meet and greet at Disneyland Resort is part of Celebrate Soulfully. In celebration of Black History month Disney is pulling out all of the stops with a combination of food, entertainment and experiences that highlight black stories.
