Disney Adds Several Mysterious Movies to Upcoming Release Schedule
We have some exciting news for movie buffs, as Disney recently divulged an update. Several movies have been added to its upcoming release schedule, although they’re shrouded in mystery!
Several Mysterious Movies
Disney journalist Scott Gustin reports that compared to mid-October of last year several changes have been noted. According to Gustin, as of January 2023, he’s counted “at least 7 UNTITLED movies added to 2025 and 9 UNTITLED movies added to 2026.”

Let’s take a closer look! Below is the list from October 2022.
Prior Upcoming Release Schedule
Included are 10 films scheduled to release in 2024, 5 scheduled for 2025, and 5 scheduled for 2026. You’ll notice 1 untitled Deadpool movie planned for 2024, 3 untitled Marvel/Star Wars films for 2025, and 3 untitled Marvel films for 2026.

NEW Upcoming Release Schedule
2023
Taking a look at the new release schedule, you’ll notice some changes. Let’s start with a refresh of the upcoming films set to debut in 2023.
Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars are included in the exciting bunch. The list closes with an untitled Disney film, premiering on December 1, 2023.

2024
Varying from the former list, which displays 10 upcoming films, the new 2024 schedule shows 13! An untitled Disney film has been added for Valentine’s Day, February 14. 2024.
In addition, an untitled Disney movie has been scheduled for August 16, 2024. Lastly, an untitled Disney Animation film is set to release on November 27, 2024.

2025
The additional movies on 2025’s updated list total 7. Included in the bunch are untitled Disney films scheduled for March 7, April 11, May 23, July 2, and August 15, 2025.
An untitled Disney Animation film has been added for November 26, 2025. Finally, an untitled Pixar film is set for June 13, 2025.

2026
Updates for 2026 feature the most changes, with several new additions. Included are untitled Disney movies for January 16, March 27, April 17, May 22, July 10, August 14, and September 18, 2026.
An additional untitled Disney Animation movie has been added for November 25, 2026. Untitled Pixar movies have been added for March 6, and June 19, 2026.
