Fran’s Almond Gold Bar

Yum! Salt & Straw partners with Fran’s Chocolates and their iconic Almond Gold Bars for this amazing new treat.
Enjoy bite-sized pieces mixed with silky salted vanilla ice cream and sweet ribbons of hand-burned caramel. The finishing touch is the rich dark chocolate stracciatella drizzled in for a delicious, unique flavor. Awesome!
Cloudforest Chocolate Ishpingo & Mango

What a unique flavor combo! This tart lemon verbena sherbet is spiced with ishpingo– a warm, cinnamon-y spice grown in the forests of Ecuador– and swirled with dark chocolate ice cream.
Partnering with Cloudforest, this new ice cream combines a ripple of mango curd adding a one-of-a-kind tropical touch.
Dandelion Cocoa Nibs & Frangipane

Sweet, creamy, and luxurious! Dandelion’s dark cocoa nibs are steeped, candied, and swirled back into the ice cream for a deep rich flavor!
