Jonas Brothers Receive Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame This Month
A popular music trio that made their acting debut on the Disney channel will soon be honored. The Jonas Brothers receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this month!

Comprised of siblings Kevin, Joe, and Nick, the Jonas Brothers are a musical group from New Jersey. In 2005, they signed with Columbia records, writing their first record.

As they worked together on the album, the band toured with artists like Kelly Clarkson, Jesse McCartney, and the Backstreet Boys. Their first album, “It’s About Time,” was released in 2006.
The group switched labels, signing with Hollywood Records in 2007. They went on to tour with Disney Channel bands such as Aly & AJ and The Cheetah Girls.

Disney Origins
The Jonas brothers began their acting career in the Disney Channel show, Hannah Montana, starring Miley Cyrus. They appeared in Season 2, guest starring in the episode, Me and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas.
Afterward, they worked with Miley Cyrus on the Hanna Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert. The Jonas Brothers also starred in the Disney Channel movie, Camp Rock alongside Demi Lovato.

The soundtrack was a hit, selling 188,000 copies. Camp Rock 2 followed featuring Frankie Jonas, the youngest in the family.
The Jonas Brothers appeared in their own, self titled Disney Channel series, Jonas in 2009. A second season, Jonas L.A. followed in 2010.

Both Nick and Joe have appeared on Broadway, and the brothers have acted in various films.
Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
Last summer, Variety reported that the Jonas Brothers would be honored in 2023. Today, in an exclusive post on Twitter, Variety reports that the time has come!
