Our Mickey Bloggers sampled the Rainbow Katsu Sando, the Ichigo Daifuku, and the Purple Yuzu Sake Lemonade. Allow us to share some pics and videos with you, and give you our thoughts below!
Rainbow Katsu Sando
The Rainbow Katsu Sando is a pork cutlet sandwich with tangy tonkatsu sauce and cabbage in rainbow sweet bread.
It’s new to the menu this year!
Our MickeyBloggers share that this is amazing! The fried pork is nice and crunchy on the outside, and juicy on the inside.
The slaw is tangy, and adds a nice bite! We thought the sauce was delicious as well!
It has a buttery flavor. Be forewarned, the side dish is pickled and may zing your tongue a bit.
Ichigo Daifuku
The Ichigo Daifuku comes with a mixed berry mochi, sweet azuki bean paste, and mascarpone.
It’s also new to the menu this year. Our MickeyBlogger shares that it tastes amazing and has a wonderful texture!
The bean paste and the berries balance each other surprisingly well. We found the fruit to be refreshing, and the mascarpone is fluffy and tasty!
Vanilla is the standout flavor with just a hint of berry.
Purple Yuzu Sake Lemonade
The Purple Yuzu Sake Lemonade is a Sake cocktail infused with butterfly pea flower and yuzu lemonade.
It’s also new this year!
We especially love its bright purple coloring!
If you’re headed to the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, be sure to stop by and sample some of the delicious offerings at the Goshiki Booth!
