Beets Take the Stage at Gourmet Landscapes Booth
MickeyBloggers are still making their way through the amazing food booths at 2023 Epcot International Festival of the Arts!
The last stop on our Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine is Gourmet Landscapes in Canada, where Kristin purchased the Blood Orange-braised Beet Tartare!
This savory sample features blood-orange braised beets topped with a mustard vinaigrette and pickled clamshell mushrooms with golden beets. It’ll cost you $5.50 + tax.
Kristin’s review…the sprinkling of blue cheese on top was a surprising but delicious pair with the beets. Beets were nice and crunchy!
Kristin didn’t sample the other items from the Gourmet Landscapes menu, which features “stunning dishes artfully composed with the finest ingredients from the land”. But that doesn’t mean you can’t!
The Canadian booth also features Roasted Bone Marrow with onion marmalade, pickled mushrooms and petite lettuce for $10.50. Or a Wild Mushroom Risotto with aged parmesan, truffle shavings and a Zinfandel reduction for $9.75.
There’s also some Canadian beverages with two brews, a merlot and a Frozen Rusty Nail Cocktail!
The 2023 Festival of the Arts kicks off today and runs through February 20 with amazing artistry, food and merchandise from around the world. If you are in Walt Disney World, grab a Festival passport and check it out!
