FIRST LOOK: NocheBuena Cocina Entrees at EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays
MickeyBlog has been spending the day at the Festival of the Holidays which kicked off today at EPCOT. Here’s a look at some of the awesome items at the NEW Nochebeuna Cocina Holiday Kitchen near the Mexico Pavilion .
This is a great place for those looking for plant based options.
On the menu is the Impossible Chorizo Tamale.
This vegetarian options comes with Cotija Cheese and a Spicy Red Chile Sauce.
We also sampled the Pernil.
This treat was made of Mojo Pork with Tomatoes and a Ketchup Mayonnaise.
Rounding out the trio was the Alfajores.
This goodie features vanilla shortbread with Dulce de Leche and Coconut!
