Closures and Cancellations Have Been Announced Ahead of Subtropical Storm Nicole
Due to the impending effects of Subtropical Strom Nicole, Disney World has announced some closures and cancellations.
November 9th-11th, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Copper Creek Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and the Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be closed for the safety of Cast Members and Guests. Disney will be contacting guests staying at these resorts. Guests may reschedule with any cancellation fees waived.
Performances of Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue have been canceled for November 9th-11th. Guest with pre-paid reservations will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Park pass reservations have also been suspended on November 10th and 11th. If guests have not made their reservation for those days, they will no longer be able to.
Walt Disney World Water Parks and Miniature Golf locations are temporarily closed on Thursday, November 10:
- Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park (Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park is currently closed for the season.)
- Winter Summerland Miniature Golf
- Fantasia Gardens
- Fairways Miniature Golf
