Mr. Toad Dome Cake Rides Into Magic Kingdom Park
Mickey Blog is at Walt Disney World and there is a flurry of news to share! Today, a Mr. Toad Dome Cake rides into Magic Kingdom Park!
This morning, we shared about a Mr. Toad Souvenir Popcorn Bucket that arrived in Fantasyland. An ode to the popular Mr.Toad’s Wild Ride, which was inspired by Disney’s The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, it is already a coveted item!
Mr.Toad’s Wild Ride
An original of Disneyland Park, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride opened in Fantasyland in 1955. Although its undergone changes over the years, it continues to be a fan favorite at Disneyland Resort!
Similar to Disneyland, Walt Disney World’s version was an original as well, opening in Fantasyland in 1971. The ride was replaced in 1998, by The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Here’s an amazing picture of the cake next to its matching popcorn bucket, in front of Pete’s Silly Slideshow!
A circular emblem featuring Mr. Toad’s iconic face adorns the front of the cake.
The majority of the dome is red to match his jacket, with yellow in the middle to mimic his shirt.
The dome looks delicious with a glossy exterior and a dollop of whip cream on top.
The popcorn bucket and dome cake make quite a handsome pair!
Mickey Blog tasted the sweet treat, and in all honesty, the highlight is its appearance.
The chocolate flavor is very mild, but the cake is chilled and very moist inside. We give it a 6 out of 10.
Disney World is pulling out all the stops as it transitions from Halloween to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Make a pit stop in Fantasyland to pick up this Mr. Toad Dome Cake at Magic Kingdom Park!
