BREAKING NEWS: New Menu Items at Wilderness Lodge are Perfect For Autumn
We’ve got something mouthwatering for all of you Disney foodies! Two of the eateries at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge are getting some delicious updates – Territory Lounge and Roaring Fork.
These menu items will not disappoint. Let’s take a closer look:
Territory Popcorn Sampler – Territory Lounge – This sample offers five flavors that are the chef’s take on popcorn. You’ll be able to sample spicy, caramel, sea salt, truffle and BBQ flavors!
Artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie – Territory Lounge – This is NOT you average charcuterie board. Chef Brian Knox carefully selected Oregon and Utah cheeses with a focus on smokey notes. There’s even cheese wrapped in honey and sea salt accompanied by fresh honeycomb, pickled vegetables and handcrafted bread!
Loaded Baked Potato Flatbread – Territory Lounge – The ultimate in comfort food, this flatbread is topped with bacon, potato, chive cream cheese and crème fresh.
Salmon Run – Territory Lounge – The second new flatbread option, the Salmon Run is topped with in-house dill-cured gravlax salmon with truffle cream cheese, fried capers, onions, black sea salt and dill.
Bacon on the Wire – Territory Lounge – This is certainly an elevated dish (literally) and features black pepper candied bacon cured in smoked paprika and bourbon, cold smoked and roasted perfectly with bourbon glaze. It comes with deviled eggs topped with fried shrimp, chipotle beef jerky and salmon candy with a bourbon drizzle.
Bone and Brie- Territory Lounge- Roasted bone marrow is paired with honey-infused brie cooked in a cast iron skillet with marionberry onion jam. This dish is perfect for sharing!
National 95 – Territory Lounge – A twist on the classic French 95 cocktail, the National 95 combines Whistle Pig Rye from the East Coast with simple syrup and Argyle Brut from the West Coast.
L&C G&T – Territory Lounge – This classic cocktail features Fords Gin, St. Germaine, elderflower tonic and is garnished with a cucumber ribbon and a fresh flower.
Orchards Bounty – Territory Lounge – This treat is made with Ketel One Peach & Orange Blossom Botanicals vodka, house-made pinot gris syrup, Dolin Blanc vermouth, and Aperol.
Orange Spiced Sangria – Territory Lounge – A must-try for Sangria fans, this drink combines Chateau Ste Michelle cabernet, Cointreau orange liqueur, apple cider and house-made orange spice syrup.
The Northwoods – Territory Lounge – This drink masterfully brings together Bulleit Rye, house made rosemary syrup, citrus juices and maple into one delicious cocktail!
Smores Old Fashioned – Territory Lounge – The drink I’m most excited to try combines Elijah Craig bourbon, toasted marshmallow syrup and chocolate bitters. It is garnished with perfectly toasted marshmallows!
Timeless Elias – Territory Lounge – This smoking libation is made with Macallan 12 year scotch, house-made vanilla bean syrup and Courvoisier VSOP.

Meat and Potatoes Quiche – Roaring Fork – Features broccoli, potatoes, bacon, ham and gouda.
Vegetable Lover’s Quiche – Roaring Fork – Made with peppers, onions, leeks, green peas, potatoes, broccoli, fresh herb and cheddar.
Warm Freshly Baked Cinnamon Roll – Roaring Fork- Made with fresh blueberries and blueberry cream cheese frosting.
Warm Grizzly Bear Claw – Roaring Fork – This classic pastry comes with mixed nuts and a raisin filling.
Asian-Style Noodle Salad- Roaring Fork – Features a refreshing mix of tofu, veggies, crispy rice noodles and fried wontons.
Heirloom Tomato Salad – Roaring Fork – Comes with pickled mushrooms, burrata cheese, red pepper pesto and basil.
Country-style Baked Meatloaf – Roaring Fork – This classic dish comes with buttery green peas, chunky mashed potatoes and gravy.
Barbecued Brisket and Burnt Ends – Roaring Fork – This meat duo comes with sides of potato hash, fiery coleslaw and cornbread. The sauces on brisket and burnt ends also features a BBQ sauce packed with flavor!
Almond Walnut Bundt Cake – Roaring Fork – The perfect way to finish your meal, this dessert comes with a coffee glaze and cream cheese icing.
Blueberry Crumb Thyme Pie- Roaring Fork – This seasonal goodie is house-made and only available for a limited time.
Bear Mousse Cake – Roaring Fork – Nothing short of adorable this sweet treat features raspberry mousse, almond cake and a dark chocolate ganache.
Humphrey Bee Hive Cake-Roaring Fork – A delightful dessert made with chocolate cake, passionfruit mousse, sugar bees and a white chocolate Humphrey on top!
