BREAKING: First Look as Magic Kingdom Re-Opens!
Good morning Mickeyblog friends and Disney fans. It is definitely a calmer and quieter day here at Disney World this morning. As you know, hurricane Ian hit yesterday with intense wind, rain, and flooding.
But today eager Disney World Resort guests are ready for a day of fun and to put the inclement weather behind them.
Here is a first look at the morning after Ian.
Good Morning From Magic Kingdom
Still a cloudy, but you can see Disney transportation is up and running.
The buses are transporting the eager guests.
The monorails are operating as well.
Early morning crowds and lines are forming.
There is a lot of enthusiasm as guests are ready to get out and have some fun.
Can you feel the excitement?
The early morning crowds are forming lines to enter security.
The skies are clearing a little bit and the weather is nice and cool.
Another great picture of the early morning crowds as Magic Kingdom reopens.
The lines are a little backed up going through security and the entrance – but the general vibe is one of excitement.
These eager guests are excited!
More crowds form as a resort guests exit the monorail.
Wow! So much excitement…
As Guests finally get to enter!
One thing Guests did notice was the lack of music playing this morning! It was eerily quiet entering Magic Kingdom without the nostalgic Main Street music playing!
But they were plenty of smiling cast members greeting you!
Smiling and waving and welcoming eager guests.
It looks like both guests and cast members are excited for a great day.
Not there in person? Now worries! Check out the video as we head down Main Street!
