Some Halloween Activities Halted on September 30 Disney Magic Sailing Due to Hurricane Ian
Anyone onboard the Disney Magic sailing this Friday, September 30th, some entertainment will not be available due to Hurricane Ian. Disney Cruise Line sent out an email to all traveling guests.
The email states:
Regrettably, due to the impacts of Hurricane Ian to Florida, some of the atrium décor for our Halloween on the High Seas celebration will not be available during your clients’ sailing. Most notably the Pumpkin Tree and the Pumpkin Tree storyteller will not be available.
But never fear, the other unique onboard activities that make Halloween on the High Seas special will take place as scheduled. This celebration includes themed events and activities along with Mickey’s Mouse-querade featuring favorite Disney characters. Even more spooky surprises await your clients onboard!
We look forward to welcoming your clients later this week and hope that they will have a spookily wonderful cruise.
Sincerely,
The Cast and Crew
Disney Cruise Line
With the possible rough seas and the delicate nature of the Halloween tree, Disney Cruise Line is taking proper precautions to keep guests safe and preserve the Halloween Tree.
