New 4th July Berry Shortcake Arrives at Magic Kingdom

Happy 4th July everyone! We hope you’re having a fantastic day celebrating the holiday with loved ones!

This morning, MickeyBloggers are over in the Magic Kingdom, enjoying the park’s holiday festivities. The sun is shining, the Dapper Dans are singing, and there are some fantastic, limited-time snack offerings to be devoured! Let’s go!

One of the first stops we’re making is over at Columbia Harbour House, which is located in Liberty Square, in the Magic Kingdom. There, a fresh twist has been added to a traditional American treat, so we had to go and check it out!

Hear ye, hear ye, it’s the Berry Shortcake!

This delicious, exclusive treat consists of a classic shortcake, sat atop a pile of delicious mixed berries. There’s a mountain of whipped cream on top, as well as some fun, festive sprinkles.

All in red, white, and blue, this is a fitting treat to enjoy on the 4th July indeed! Especially if you enjoy it while watching those spectacular Magic Kingdom fireworks – what could be more patriotic?

As you can see, it’s not just MickeyBloggers who are happy to see the arrival of this delicious dessert at Columbia Harbour House – the friendly Cast Members are also looking especially cheery! 

This quick service dining location is truly a warm and welcoming spot to grab a bite at the Magic Kingdom – so make sure to stop by the next time you’re passing through Liberty Square!
