Move Over Figment- Frenzy Expected Over NEW Electrical Parade Popcorn Container & Sipper!
If you were following along with MickeyBlog back in February, you no doubt remember the fervor over the Figment souvenir popcorn container which result in a 6 hour wait at EPCOT! Figment has been the uncontested champion of Popcorn Bucket popularity but some new Disneyland merch may be giving this beloved dragon a run for its money!
Yesterday, the internet was abuzz with excitement over the new souvenir popcorn container and sipper that are going to be released to celebrate the return on the Main Street Electrical Parade at Disneyland on April 22nd. The popcorn bucket features the popular Elliott the Dragon float and the souvenir sipper features the Spinning Turtle. Oh, and did we mention that both of them light up!?

According to Disney, the Elliott the Dragon popcorn buckets and Spinning Turtle Sippers will be available throughout the Summer but the OC Register ran a piece this afternoon advising Disneyland guests of the long lines that could result from this release! Its not uncommon for these souvenirs to sell out quickly and then crop up on eBay for hundreds of dollars.
