New Sand Sculpture at Animal Kingdom Celebrates NatGeo Documentary ‘Polar Bear’
If you’re lucky enough to be visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom during Earth Month than you’ll definitely want to seek out the awesome work of art that Disney just unveiled!
You’ll find this beauty as you enter the park.
This incredible structure resembles an iceberg, features several polar bear friends and also the Disney+ logo.
We think this would make a pretty awesome photo op!
Animal Kingdom has been doing more and more of these sand sculptures recently and we love them. There’s been versions for Ice Age and Raya and the Last Dragon. We here at MickeyBlog hope that this is a trend that continues.
Polar Bear will make its Disney+ debut on Earth Day April 22nd and is narrated by Catherine Keener.
The stunning film from National Geographic follows a mother polar bear and her cubs and tells the story of a new mom whose memories of her own youth prepare her to navigate parenthood in an increasingly challenging world.
The film was directed by Alastair Fothergill and Jeff Wilson (who also happened to be the creative team behind Penguins. You can check out the official trailer for the film below:
