REVIEW: Terra Treats Pizza Booth at Animal Kingdom
I can’t believe I’m about to write this, but…I’ve just had the best quick serve pizza I’ve ever had at Walt Disney World…and from a walk-up food booth! About a year ago, Terra Treats (located just across from Starbucks before you cross the bridge to Africa) started serving thick-cut, square pizza slices.
It was around lunchtime today and I was hungry, so I decided to stop by and grab a slice because practically everyone in the vicinity seemed to be doing just that!
I opted for the cheese slice (they also offer pepperoni) and it was served piping hot. The best and most surprising part of this shockingly incredible pizza was the preparation of the super-light dough.
Baked in a deep dish, almost pan-style way, the dough stays pillowy light while somehow also being very crisp on the bottom and edges of the crust.
The sauce was fresh and bursting with tomato flavor while the cheese blend is extremely flavorful without being at all heavy or greasy- the ‘practically perfect’ slice!

Look at that bottom crisp!
At $5.99, this is a good price considering how large of a slice you are served. Add in that it was served hot and was absolutely delicious, this is a hands-down win in my book- and something I’m going to look forward to when I visit Animal Kingdom again in the future!
Have you had the pizza from Terra Treats? Leave a comment and let me know!
Sounds delicious! Can’t wait to try it on my next trip.
