Donald Duck Mini Dome Cakes NOW at Gaston’s Tavern
If you were following along with MickeyBlog last week, you may have seen our numerous posts previewing the eats and treats that were arriving at Magic Kingdom this morning. Our MickeyBloggers Greg and Elyssa are currently at the park and are providing us with a first look at these awesome goodies. First up is the positively adorable Donald Duck Dome Cake now available at Gaston’s Tavern in New Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom.
As you can see this colorful treat retails for $8.29.
It’s made up of Lemon Mousse with a Blueberry filling.
There’s also a citrus cake base.
The whole thing is topped off with buttercream frosting.
Trust me when I say that not only is it one of the most Instagram-worthy treats we’ve seen but it is also delicious.
It comes with a candy-version of Donald’s signature bow tie.
And the little poufs of icing at the top are made to look like Donald’s feathers.
Above you can see the levels of deliciousness and we felt that the lemon, citrus and blueberry flavors were perfectly balanced.
You’ll want to shake your tailfeathers and head over to Gaston’s Tavern to pick up this treat!
