ICYMI: Chita Rivera Dazzles As Candlelight Processional Narrator
Last night, we were lucky enough to be at EPCOT to check out the second incredible Celebrity Narrator at Disney’s Candlelight Processional and it was none other than the fabulous Chita Rivera!
Chita was such a welcome addition to this celebration of the season it it was wonderful to get a chance to see this legendary performer during her brief stint at EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays. Rivera took to the stage as the celebrity narrator starting on November 29th and her last performance is this evening.

For those unfamiliar, Chita Rivera is Broadway royalty having originated the roles of Anita in West Side Story, Velma in Chicago and the title roll in Kiss of the Spider Woman. She is a ten time Tony Award nominee and three-time Tony Award winner including a Lifetime Achievement Award!
She will certainly be missed on the stage of the American Gardens Theatre but there are a whole host of other narrators lined up for the remainder of the holiday season. The list includes:

Candlelight Processional performances take place three times nightly at 5:15 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Seating at the American Gardens Theater is on a first-come-first-served basis with devotees lining up hours in advance! So definitely make it a priority to get there early if this is on your must-do list!
