Two Snazzy New MagicBands Arrive at Walt Disney World, Featuring Simba and Mickey!
We can’t help but enjoy finding new MagicBands across Walt Disney World!
Even after the recent announcement that an impressive new upgrade on the magical, wearable tech is set to roll our across the resort soon, MickeyBloggers are still spotting brand-new designs of the current band to share with you all.
Today, we found these two sweet and snazzy new MagicBands over in the Magic Kingdom. Shall we take a closer look?
As you can see, one of the new MagicBands features a bold design inspired by The Lion King, whilst the other is covered with a funky Mickey print.
We’ll take a closer look at The Lion King MagicBand first. After all, it’s so brightly colored in tangerine orange, it’s hard to miss!
One end of this cool MagicBand features the image of the King of Pride Rock himself, looking somewhat ferocious as he stares out intently over the pridelands.
The sizer end of the band features a bright African pattern, printed in bold black against orange and yellow.
Can you spot the Hidden Mickey on this MagicBand?
Speaking of Hidden Mickeys, this second new MagicBand looks like it was made for those of us who can’t help but spot Mickeys everywhere we look!
This gray band features a bold, all-over pattern of yellow, red, white and black splotches, many of which are Mickey-shaped!
In fact, this MagicBand could provide a fun “count the Hidden Mickeys” distraction game for when you’re waiting in a long ride queue!
We found both of these MagicBands over in the Emporium, located on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom.
Which is your favorite?
Earlier in the year, MickeyBlog posted a handy guide to the need for MagicBands across Walt Disney World, which can be found here. Now that the MagicBand+ has been announced, it will be interesting to see whether the release of cute new MagicBand designs like these two will be as frequent.
