New Miniature Disney Castle LEGO Set Coming Soon!
There’s no doubt that Disney fans will have seen, longed for and admired the amazing Disney Castle 7140 LEGO set.
Released in 2016 and proudly on display in LEGO stores nationwide, this impressive 4000-piece set resembling the iconic Cinderella Castle includes minifigures of Mickey, Minnie and friends, so much intricate Disney details, and even a fireworks feature!

The only drawback to this magnificent LEGO set was that it came with a rather hefty price tag, making it more of a wish-list item for many fans.
However, an upcoming release teased by LEGO shows that a much cheaper, but no less-magic, alternative is soon to be made available!

Thanks to Brickset, we are able to get a sneak peek at the upcoming “mini” Disney Castle 40478 set, scheduled for release “very soon”.
With all the magic of the larger set, this smaller version will still include an adorable Mickey minifigure and the details of the castle we all know and love.

Notably, the box is embellished with the official logo for the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration, which will commence in Walt Disney World this October 1st.
Although not confirmed, this could mean that the set will be released on this date – but we’ll have to wait and see!

Alongside its smaller size, this mini set will come with a much smaller price tag, expected by Bricksfanz to be around $34.99.
It also appears that the set is suitable for younger builders too, with the box recommendation stating ages 12+, as opposed to 16+.
We can’t wait for the arrival of this adorably magic new LEGO set, and we hope you have fun building it!
If you’re a fan of Disney castles created from LEGO, have you seen the brand-new Elsa Ice Castle set, which was released earlier this summer?
