See What’s In the Pipeline at ABC
ABC has recently announced what is coming your way as part of their fall line-up and we’ve got a lot of goodies that we think you’ll really love.
So let’s dive in and take a look at some of these Fall 2021 highlights.
The Wonder Years
“What would you do if I sang out of tune….” We couldn’t be more excited to reveal the news that The Wonder Years is back! A new series with new characters will be making its debut on Wednesday, September 22, at 8:30 PM. The series is expected to pay homage to the original series with many of the original cast members set to appear throughout ABC’s spectacular night of programming on October 13th.
The Wonder Years will star Don Cheadle (narrating the series as adult Dean Williams, Elisha EJ Williams as Dean Williams, Dule Hill as Bill Williams, Saycon Sengbloh as Lillian Williams, Laura Kariuki as Kim Williams, Julian Lerner as Brad Hitman, Amari O’Neil as Cory Long, and Milan Ray as Keisa Clemmons. Lee Daniels, Saladin K. Patterson, Savage and Marc Velez will be serving as executive producers for the series which will be told from the perspective of a Black middle-class family.
Big Sky
Last fall’s No. 1 hit series will be returning with a surprise. Fan-favorite John Carroll Lynch will actually be returning for season two!? Stars Katheryn Winnick, Kylie Bunbury along with new series regulars Janina Gavankar and Logan Marshall-Green will be in your living rooms once again when this dark drama debuts on Thursday, September 30 at 10:01 pm.
Dancing with the Stars
Once of the big stories surfacing this week was that Dancing With the Stars would be adding gold medalist Suni Lee and pop-star Jojo Siwa to their 30th Season. The remaining cast won’t be announced until Wednesday, September 8th on Good Morning America. The season premiere of the series will take place on Monday, September 20 at 8pm. Judges will be none other than Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough.
And, in what will be a first for Dancing With the Stars, Jojo Siwa will have a same-sex pro-dancer to partner up with. Siwa said if this monumental moment in Dancing With the Stars history, “It’s going to give so much [hope] to people out there—people of the LGBTQ community, people who feel just a little different.”
Queens
With an incredible cast that includes Eve, Naturi Naughton, Nadine Velazquez, and Brandy, Queens follows four women in their 40s who reunite for a chance to recapture their fame and regain the swagger they had in the ‘90s when they were legends. The series was created and executive produced by Zahir McGhee and features original music performed by the stars which is overseen by Swizz Beatz.
The Most Magical Story on Earth: 50 Years of Walt Disney World
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog, you may have seen yesterday Christina Aguilera gave and after-hours performance at Magic Kingdom that will be used in Disney’s upcoming 50th Anniversary special. The Most Magical Story on Earth: 50 Years of Walt Disney World will air on Friday, October 1, at 8 pm.
Viewers can expect to be taken on a historical journey hosted by Whoopi Goldberg. During the course of the two-hour program, you will get to see performances from Christina Aguilera and Halle Bailey in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park, accompanied by the renowned Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition, celebrities Anthony Anderson, John Stamos, Marsai Martin, Melissa Joan Hart, Candace Cameron Bure, and Gary Sinise; NFL players Tom Brady, Phil Simms, and Doug Williams; creative forces Kevin Feige, Pete Docter, and James Cameron; Walt Disney World Imagineers Bob Weis, Mark Kohl, and Ann Morrow Johnson; and Disney executives past and present will all share their favorite memories of Walt Disney World, the unparalleled family destination.

The Conners
Last seasons No 1. comedy on ABC is back starting on September 22nd at 9pm. This season promises more laughs, surprise guests and a chance for fans to win a virtual appearance on the season 4 premiere. The cast returns including John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson, Michael Fishman, Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara, Jayden Rey, and Jay R. Ferguson.
Judge Steve Harvey (Working Title) – Premiering in 2022.
In a NEW comedy series, Steve Harvey is the judge, jury and star of this 10-episode comedy series taking place in a courtroom. Viewers can expect to find a variety of conflicts and characters. Episodes will cover everything from small claims to big disputes and everything in between.
The one-hour prime-time unscripted comedy will premiere on the network in 2022 and casting is currently underway.
Shark Tank
The unscripted series Shark Tank will be added four new “guest sharks” for the 13th season which will debut on Friday, October 8 at 8 pm. This includes Emma Grede, CEO and co-founder of Good American and founding partner of SKIMS; Kevin Hart, actor, investor, and entrepreneur; Peter Jones, the sole remaining original Dragon on the BBC’s Dragons’ Den; and Nirav Tolia, co-founder of Nextdoor. These new guests will join Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, and Kevin O’Leary in various episodes during the 2021-2022 season. Daniel Lubetzky, founder and executive chairman of KIND, also returns.

Celebrity Wheel of Fortune – Key Art. (ABC)

Get ready for a star-studded spin on “America’s Game!” Starting on Sunday, September 26 at 8pm, the show will still be hosted by Pat Sajak and Vanna White. Famous guests will be competing to raise up to $1 million for their favorite charities.
This season’s celebrities include: Jason Alexander, Tatyana Ali, Anthony Anderson, Tituss Burgess, Cheryl Burke, Brooke Burns, Lacey Chabert, Mario Cantone, Laverne Cox, Marcia Cross, Joey Fatone, Vivica A. Fox, Jeff Garlin, Anthony Michael Hall, Melissa Joan Hart, John Michael Higgins, Vanilla Ice, Tara Lipinski, Loni Love, Von Miller, Michael Mizanin, Wanya Morris, Jason Mraz, Haley Joel Osment, Donny Osmond, James Pickens Jr., Caroline Rhea, Andy Richter, Amber Riley, Tori Spelling, Shawn Stockman, Curtis Stone, Jodie Sweetin, Raven-Symoné, Karl-Anthony Towns, Michelle Trachtenberg, Nia Vardalos, Johnny Weir, and Ali Wentworth are ALL competing in season two.
Episodeswill be available the next day on demand and on Hulu.

The Goldbergs
Last, but not least, the late George Segal who played Albert “Pops” Solomon passed away just before the 8th season of The Goldbergs wrapped. ABC is saying that George’s character will be memorialized in Season 9.
Star Wendi McLendon-Covey said, “Every time we open a season, it’s always a movie tribute, and I’ve got to hand it to our writers: We’re doing a movie tribute that actually takes us on a journey of where to spread Pops’ ashes,” the actress said. “It’s not only a traditional tribute, but hysterically funny, and you will cry your eyes out. Sean Giambrone [who stars as Adam F. Goldberg] and I could barely get through filming.”
