New Sunshine Seasons Cupcake Celebrates Sisterhood
Usually, guests pop down to Sunshine Seasons, the eclectic quick-service eatery inside the Land Pavillion at EPCOT, for one of the better full meal experiences in the park. Today, MickeyBloggers stopped by for the first time in forever for a delectable cupcake fit for this week’s World Princess Celebration.
The stunning Sisters Cupcake marks an incredible celebration of the relationship between two Disney favorites, Queen Elsa and Princess Anna. With its layers of blue ranging from icy to the mystic shades, the exterior wows immediately.
We especially like the snowflake candy touches and, of course, that glittering crown of white chocolate.
Inside, the cupcake bursts with a truly iconic summer flavor: strawberry. With The Land pavillion’s dedication to farm-to-table eating experiences and cultivation of seasonal crops, this comes as no surprise.
Not only do fresh, juicy berries dominate the fluffy cake, but they also make up the rich strawberry jelly filling. Despite chocolate being relatively absent from this dessert (excluding that darling crown), we assume that Anna would absolutely think that this cupcake is the next right dessert for her.
The strawberry flavor also runs throughout the buttercream that ruffles across the top of the dessert. The cupcake currently costs $5.99 and is exclusive to this week’s celebration.
World Princess Week Celebrations
Today marks the third day of Disney’s inagural “World Princess Week.” With events spanning all of its properties as well as digital platforms and even interactive offerings, the festivities are certainly amping up Disney’s Ultimate Princess Celebration this year.
Today, the Walt Disney Company celebrates one of the most indepdendent ladies of the franchise, though Moana may strongly fight against being labeled a princess.
Like the previous two days, which gave honor to Cinderella and Tianna, treats around the Walt Disney World Resort brought touches of the Polynesian islands to life for Moana’s day.
