We’re Mad Over This New Paint Job!
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog, you’ll know that we were at Magic Kingdom this morning.
With Disney World prepping for it’s 60th Anniversary celebration, we are noticing little cosmetic changes as we make our way through the parks.
Just last week, we shared images with you of the the bright new paint job to the outer facade of “it’s a small world.” Today, we noticed another Fantasyland attraction looking bright and lovely.
Just look at roof of the Mad Tea Party.
We like to think that they’ve added some details that would make Mary Blair smile!
The pointed roof is looking as bright and beautiful as ever.
We’re simply mad for the multi-colored floral details.
It really stands out with the bright purple background colorful details.
The colorful scene at this ride definitely put a smile on our face!
In case you missed it, we also shared images this morning where Big Top Souvenirs has just reopened.
In addition the scrims have come down over at the Main Street Railfroad Station.
We expect we’ll see lots more changes like this as we inch ever closer to the official anniversary celebrations which kicks off on October 1st.
Readers are encouraged to keep following along with us as we’ll be coming to you LIVE! from the theme parks each and every week.
If you missed our LIVE! coverage this morning of the return of the Beauty and the Beast show at EPCOT, you’ll find it here.
Next up, we’re heading over to EPCOT as we’ve heard that a few new food booths have opened up!
