Space Mountain Currently Closed
Space Mountain in Disney World is currently closed. There is no word as to why or when it will be back up and running.
MickeyBlog was walking by the popular attraction in Tomorrowland around 1:00 PM today and noticed a line of masked Cast Members blocking the entrance.
A single Cast Member could also be seen standing at the door to the attraction. A wait time for the Stand-By Entrance could not be seen.
Wait times on My Disney Experience also confirmed that Space Mountain was temporarily closed.
When questioned, Cast Members could not give an estimated reopening time. No word on what caused the closure in the first place.
The popular indoor rollercoaster ride is notorious for having long lines, but as many guests will probably agree, it’s well worth the wait! Readers are encouraged to keep following MickeyBlog for all the latest updates on ride closures, refurbishments, and more.
