Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs introduces a new cookie of the month and each month they manage to outdo themselves!
The beloved bakery took to Facebook this weekend to announce their August flavor and it is reminiscent of one of our favorite ice cream flavors. Check out the post below!
I give you…The Rocky Road cookie! As you can see from the caption above this cook8e is made up of Gideon’s velvety Triple Chocolate Cookie base (made up of five kinds of chocolate.) This crafty creation is then smothered in dark chocolates. Added to the mix the Gideon’s housemade double-baked White Candied Almonds and the whole thing is then topped off with ooey gooey marshmallows! Because nothing tastes better than a toast marshmallow, the cookie is torched to perfection.

The Rocky Road cookie will be available throughout the month at Gideon’s
Disney Springs location. A word to the wise though, Gideon’s has a HUGE following and specialty flavors sell out fast! For that reason we recommend that you arrive at Disney Springs nice and early and be prepared to wait in line!
