Disney Has Made Changes to Mask Policy
Disney has made a very small change to their mask policy following Orange County’s announcement about moving to Phase 3 tomorrow.
Previously, Disney stated that masks were to be worn in all theaters, whether they were indoors or outdoors. But the most recent change has masks not being required for outdoor theaters and only for indoor theaters.

Phase 3 means masks will no longer be required indoors and outdoors.
“The Florida Department of Health projections indicate that we will have reached our 14-day rolling positivity rate of 5 percent or below. This means we will transition to phase three where all Orange County mandates are lifted.”
It looks like Disney isn’t quite ready to give up face masks.

Universal Orlando has already announced masks are no longer required indoors or outdoors if guests are fully vaccinated, although Universal will not require proof of vaccination.

We don’t know when Disney will lift their masks mandate, but we think it will be soon due to how many people have been vaccinated.
Maybe now that masks aren’t required at outdoor theaters, more shows such as Indiana Jones Stunt Show and Fantasmic! will come back sooner than later.
