Know Before You Go
Have a reservation? Here are a few things you’ll want to know before the “Big Day”
Check-in: Please arrive during the reservation time at the check-in location at the former ESPN Zone at Downtown Disney. Be prepared to present reservation confirmation, photo ID, and the credit card provided at the time of booking the reservation. Limit one Guest per reservation, and entry to the venue is limited only to the Guest who made the reservation.
Cancellation: A valid accepted credit card number is required at the time of booking a reservation. You must cancel at least one day prior to your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee. If you fail to timely cancel and are a no show, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged $10.00 per reservation.
Parking: Guests may self-park in the Simba Parking Lot. Learn more about parking for the Downtown Disney District, including applicable fees.
Downtown Disney District: Please be sure to review Downtown Disney District: Know Before You Go for complete health & safety measures, including required temperature checks and appropriate face coverings that are necessary for your visit.
