Work Continues On Contemporary Resort Tower Guest Rooms
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that last week we shared images of scrims going up around the central tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
We popped by the Contemporary this afternoon and it looks like the work shows no signs of slowing.
As you can see, cloths now cover all of the hallways around the entirety of the central atrium.
The includes the areas adjacent to the stunning Mary Blair murals which you’ll see on the left-hand side.
As we’ve previously reported here at MickeyBlog, it is rumored that Disney will be adding some character to the guest rooms.
Similar to the Moana rooms that are coming this summer to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Many inside sources are reporting that the Contemporary guest rooms may be getting an Incredibles makeover!
However, Disney has yet to confirm whether or not the Parr family will indeed be making an appearance once the new rooms are revealed!
This is a story that we will continue to follow closely!
In the meantime, it should be noted that the monorail stop, dining and shopping at the Contemporary remains open!
Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog where we’ll be coming to you LIVE! from the theme parks each and every week!
