The only thing getting us through this Wednesday at MickeyBlog HQ is cupcakes! Earlier this morning we shared one of the incredible Flamingo Cupcakes we tried at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and NOW we have a very special treat to share with you from Sprinkles cupcake bakery in Disney Springs.

This beloved Disney Springs snack spot took to twitter this week to share one of the special treats they’ll be serving up this month and its nothing short of delightful. Let’s take a look!

I give you the Lemon Meringue cupcake! This ooey-gooey treat has us thinking ahead to summer! It is filled with lemon curd and topped with toasted marshmallow! The cupcake is lemon and it even features a graham cracker base to give it that delicious pie taste!
