Featured Treat: Sweet Potato Mulita at 4Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck
Here at MickeyBlog HQ we are always on the hunt for awesome treats to share with you! For our next goodie we head over to Disney Springs at Walt Disney World! With some many awesome eateries, shops, cafes, kiosks and bakeries its easy to overlook the food trucks but don’t! This is THE place to go for some pretty awesome street food!

Chief among them is 4Rivers which has been delighting hungry Disney visitors and locals alike with their incredible Latin-inspired treats. 4Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck has long had a reputation for serving up some mighty and delicious Taco Cones heaped high with your choice of meat and toppings. However, that’s not why we’re here. Tonight we want to put another treat on your radar.

The beautiful treat above is the Sweet Potato Mulita. The dish features a crispy tortilla stack, fried sweet potatoes, queso fresco and fresh lime cilantro salsa! Its the perfect light bite for your afternoon of Disney-inspired shopping! For those that prefer meet you can also get it with Barbacoa Pork, Adobo Pork, Chicken Tinga or Tri-Tip Steak.
