‘Olu Mel is Now Greeting Guests at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii
Well this is exciting! ‘Olu Mel has just announced he will be joining the ‘Ohana at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii!
‘Olu Mel is a friend of Duffy and ShellieMay. His name, Mel, is short for “Melody.” and when Guests at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa meet him he will be playing endearing and uplifting music on his ‘ukulele. He is known to be a little shy but once you get him into nature and making others smile with his magical music, he will come out of his shell!

‘Olu Mel finds the inspiration for his songs from the rhythm of nature which includes the trade winds of Hawaii, the rolling sounds of waves, and the pitter patter of tropical rain storms on leaves. When Guests hear him play, they will know he puts his entire heart into every song just knowing that his friends will find love in every note.
‘Olu Mel isn’t the only one current greeting Guests at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa! Guests will find him joined by other favorite Disney characters including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and Stitch.
