4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck Debuts New Menu Item

If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that we’re pretty obsessed with the 4 Rivers Barbacoa Food Truck at Disney Springs. This is the PERFECT place to stop for a quick savory treat and the tacos on offer her are nothing short of spectacular! That’s why were excited to share that a new must-try menu item as cropped up at this quick service spot.

The new Birria Tacos come 3 per serving and feature crispy cheesy tortillas that are served with beef firria, a rich beef broth and an orange-cilantro salsa! They can be yours for $11.75.

We also couldn’t write an article on 4R without taking a second to appreciate their signature treat – the Taco Cone! If you’ve yet to try this Disney Springs goodie then make it a priority during your next visit! This beauty features your choice of filling (Brisket Barbacoa, Chicken Tinga, Adobo Pork, Tri-Tip Steak or Roasted Sweet Potato) along with shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream pico de gallo, queso, cilantro, jalapeno and lime wedge! You can order yours up for $11.99.
