Home Alone—Tuesday, December 22, at 5:10 p.m. ET on Freeform
It wouldn’t be the holidays without taking the time to watch this 1990 classic at least once! Freeform will be screening Home Alone as part of their 21 days of Christmas on Tuesday night. The film follows the McCallister family who travels to Paris to celebrate Christmas. There’s just one problem: They’ve accidentally left 8-year-old Kevin McAllister (Macaulay Culkin) at home! Unsupervised, Kevin relishes his new role as head of the household. That’s until he learns that bumbling burglars Harry (Joe Pesci) and Marv (Daniel Stern) have been robbing his neighbors and set their sights on his home. It’s now up to Kevin to defend it.
The Mistle-Tones— Wednesday, December 23, at 9:30 a.m. on Freeform
This film from 2012 centers on Holly (Tia Mowry) who is auditioning for the Snow Belles, a holiday singing group that was originally found by her late mother. Unfortunately Marci (Tori Spelling) is in charge of casting and doesn’t like being upstages. So, Holly creates her own musical group The Mistle-tones to challenge her rival in a Christmas Eve sing-off!
The Greatest Showman—Thursday, December 24, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC
The Greatest Showman makes its ABC debut on Christmas Eve. The film follows Hugh Jackman as P.T. Barnum. Given his knack for publicity and promotion, Barnum decides to give showbiz a shot, rising from nothing to create the Barnum & Bailey circus. The film features catchy musical numbers, exotic performers, and daring acrobatic feats. Rounding out the film’s all-star cast are Zac Efron as Phillip Carlyle, Rebecca Ferguson as Jenny Lind, Keala Settle as Lettie Lutz, Michelle Williams as Charity Hallett-Barnum, and Zendaya as Anne Wheeler.
