Disney Cruise Line Cancels Some Scheduled Sail Itineraries Longer than Seven Nights
Disney Cruise Line remains focused on the health and well-being of our guests and team members. Based on the conditional sail order provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Disney Cruise Line must cancel sailings longer than seven nights. This cancellation includes the 13-Night Transatlantic sailing onboard the Disney Magic on May 9, 2021, the 9-Night Alaska sailing onboard the Disney Wonder on June 28, 2021 and the 9-Night Southern Caribbean Sailing onboard the Disney Fantasy.

DCL is offering affected Guests that have paid their reservation in full the choice of a 125% future cruise credit* to be used for a future sailing prior to May 31, 2022, or a full refund. The credit has automatically been added to your clients’ account, and can be applied as a payment option when booking a new reservation online. Guests that have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far. Affected Guests and travel professionals will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.
Additionally, Guests booked on the June 28, 2021 9-night Alaska Disney Wonder sailing are eligible for a 10% discount** when booking the following 7-night replacement cruise.

For reservations that were booked using a Future Cruise Credit from a sailing previously cancelled by Disney Cruise Line, commission on a second sailing will be earned only if the sailing commences and will not be earned if the sailing is cancelled by Disney Cruise Line. In this instance, commission will be paid following the standard commission payment process.
