Celebrate Diwali With Mira, Disney Junior and Arushi Garg
Today is Diwali or the Festival of Lights. It is India’s most important holiday of the year and gets its name from the clay lamps that are lit outside of homes to symbolize the inner light that protects us from spiritual darkness. For those that may be unfamiliar with Diwali it is just as important to Hindus as Christmas is to Christians!
This year, Disney Junior is providing us with some awesome insights and ideas for celebrating Diwali with a bit of help from Instagrammer @thesnazzymom as well as Mira, Royal Detective! Let’s take a look.
