Disneyland Paris May Be Closing For A Second Time Due To Spike In Coronavirus Cases
Parts of Europe and France are being affected by spikes in the Coronavirus yet again. French president, Emmanual Macron, will be announcing new guidelines and a potential lockdown that would be less strict than the first they had back in the spring.
Nothing has been announced by Disneyland Paris officials yet, but the park could be shut down again, or at the least take a cut in operating hours or days due to the new lockdown starting on October 30th.
CNN reports that “France may be seeing about 100,000 new coronavirus cases per day, Jean-François Delfraissy, who leads the scientific council that advises the French government, warned on Monday.”
Disneyland Paris closed their parks back on March 15 and reopened on July 15. When they reopened, many of the experiences and attractions were modified as a way to keep Guests and Cast Members safe and healthy.
