RECIPE: Pizza Casserole Inspired By Pixar Short ‘Out’
If you’re looking for a little bit of weekend cooking inspiration, it is Pixar to the rescue. The animation studio recently took to Instagram to share a recipe inspired by one of Pixar’s short films!
With the change in temperature, we think this Pizza Casserole recipe is absolutely perfect for fall! Here’s everything you need to get started!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb box of small elbow macaroni cooked & drained.
- 1 package pepperettes (sliced thin)
- 1 large can of spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb ground beef cooked and drained
- Mixed green peppers, onions & celery
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute onions, green peppers, celery & mix with ground beef.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- Add half of the cheese
- Put in large casserole dish & sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour.
