Let’s Check On The Progress Of The M&M Store At Disney Springs
I am so excited for the opening of the M&M Store in Disney Springs that everytime our MickeyBlogger visits I as him to pop by for a little update on the progress of this chocolate shop which is coming soon to Disney’s Downtown Shopping District! Today I have a few photos to share with you and as you can see Disney friends, we are inching ever closer!
Let’s take a look:
As you can see from the image above, construction is coming along at M&M’s newest location. The store is located right next to Splitsville Luxury Lanes and the NBA Experience on the West End of Disney Springs.
According to a recent press release, the new store at Disney Springs will celebrate the culture and spirit of the local community through design and merchandise.
Visitors will get to experience M&M’s iconic Wall of Chocolate, see the larger than life M&M characters and will be able to personalize and customize your own M&M candies. There is currently a QR code at the construction site where guests can sign up to be kept up to date on the progress of the M&M Store.
According to reports, the store will also offer NEW interactive features designed to engage and share!
Orlando’s existing M&M’S store is being relocated from Orlando to Disney Springs and will have the distinction of being one of five M&M’S experiential stores owned and operated by Mars Retail Group.
Patrick McIntyre Directory of Global Relations at Mars Retail Group had this to say about the move, “Disney Springs is one of the most popular retail destinations in the country, making it the perfect location for our new M&M’S experiential store.”
He added, “Guests will be fully immersed into an interactive chocolate experience that will create more moments and more smiles through the colorful fun of M&M’S.”
For those curious as to how the building will look once completed, here is an artist rendering!
