The NBA Bubble At Disney World Now Has A Barber Shop!?
Another day, another piece of interesting news coming directly to us from the NBA Bubble. Since NBA players arrived at Disney World earlier this month there’s been no shortage of interesting news. From giant beds being delivered to Disney resorts to accommodate the guests to players taking to social media to compare their rooms to a Motel 6 it’s certainly been fraught with controversy and a fair bit of laughs.
We thought we’d finish off your Sunday night with an amusing story making the rounds on social media. NBA fans are taking to Twitter to express their surprise about a photo posted by Tiago Splitter who is a developmental coach for the Brooklyn Nets. In the photo he was showing off a newly-built barbershop just for players inside the bubble. This will be home to six barbers.
There has been a myriad of responses to the Barbershop image where you’ll find everything from shock to outrage. However if there is one consistent comment we are seeing over and over again, it’s guest drawing obvious comparisons between the NBA2k series of video games.

For those unfamiliar the NBA 2K is a series of basketball sports simulation video games developed and released each year since 1999. The game emulates different aspects of the NBA experience from establishing a career as a basketball player to going into coaching. The addition of the Barkshop amuses players as an example of life imitating art or in this case a video game!
These NBA players are certainly keeping us on our toes. Keep following along with MickeyBlog for more news and updates regarding the NBA Season being held at Walt Disney World.
