New Park Pass System Experienced Some Problems Upon Release
The day we have all been waiting for for 3 months arrived this morning with some, expected problems.
At 7am, the new Park Pass system opened for Guests wanting to make park day reservations for their 2020 Disney World trips. But of course, some problems arose. The system was quickly bogged down with users trying to log on at the same time.
When trying to initially log on, many users were greeted with the colorful little castle telling them to wait “Just A Moment”.
There were reports of people waiting as little as 10 mins to as long as 3 hours to get passed this screen.
Update: finally got in after an hour. The actual park reservations booking portion was smooth. Getting there took the patience of Cinderella.

Some people also got this screen with a countdown time for them to log on.
Some other glitches, just to name a few, were that days were not showing up as available for some weeks, complete months being blocked out, or reservations and tickets not being linked properly.
Just know Disney is always aware of these problems and is constantly working behind the scenes to fix them. So be patient and hang in there!
As a reminder, you can begin making Park Pass reservations TODAY if you have a 2020 resort reservation and tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, June 24 if you have a 2021 resort reservation with tickets, June 26 for Annual Passholders, and June 28 for guests with tickets, but not a resort reservation. been waiting 6 1/2 hours have gotten to the SM waiting page, it will then take another page after some time and this page is completely blank. I am abut to cry no joke!!!!!!!
Been trying for 7 1/2 hours to make a park reservation.
Not sure if Disney is the same caliber company as it use to be.
Will probably spend our money elsewhere and not recommend disney as a vacation destination.
I got in after about 90 minutes waiting. Got all of my days.
