Important Disney Dates and Booking Windows For Walt Disney World
Hi Disney friends, so we are entering an exciting albeit uncertain time. Disney World is making a big push toward reopening the theme parks, adding a new reservation system AND looking toward opening up new reservation bookings soon.
I know that there’s a TON of information out there right now including on our page. That’s why I thought I’d take a moment and quickly consolidate all the important dates and booking windows in one place. Here’s what you need to know:
Monday, June 22nd:
As you can see from the image above starting at 7 am on Monday, June 22nd, guests with existing Walt Disney World Resort/Ticket reservations can go online to book make the reservations needed to get into the theme parks. It is no longer just enough to have a theme park ticket. Guests must now register for the theme parks almost like you would a dining reservation.
Friday, June 26th:
Starting a 7 am on Friday, June 26th, Annual Passholders can log onto My Disney Experience to outline what theme parks you’ll be visiting on upcoming dates.
Sunday, June 28th:
On this date, anyone that isn’t an Annual Passholder or that DOESN’T have an existing Walt Disney World resort reservation can reserve your tickets starting at 7 am via my Disney experience.
Later This Summer:
Those looking to book a stay for 2020 will be able to pending availability. Disney will release more information when they are ready to open up bookings for next year. Keep following along with MickeyBlog and we promise to keep you posted!

Guests should note that making theme parks reservations will be an essential part of the booking process and will need to be made once booking opens up next week to ensure that you’re able to book the theme parks you want on the days you want.
This is a story that we’ll continue to keep an eye on. Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog for further news and updates.
