Star Wars Photo: Ewoks Without Fur?
Welp. They don’t call Ewoks “murder bears” for nothing.
Did you ever wonder what happened to the stormtroopers after they lost the Battle of Endor?
Hmmm?
Although I am NOT sure this is canon status, CinemaBlend mentioned the below in an article entitled, “Why Ewoks Are Actually Terrifying“:
Probably the most gruesome fact about the Ewoks is that they eat humans. After Han and Luke are captured it’s clearly shown that a feast is planned, and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that our favorite heroes will be on the menu. But, during the party, after their success at the Battle Of Endor, Stormtrooper helmets are shown on spikes, which suggests that after the Ewoks bludgeoned them to death, they decapitated their captors, ate their brains, and then used them as instruments.
Again, I am not sure if we have a definitive ruling on that, but, um, yeah.
Wicket Meet Jason
And last week, Jake Lunt Davies, a production/concept designer on the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy posted the following:

I mean, here we have a cross between Jason Voorhies and Wicket W. Warrick (and Shrek?).
“Ewok sans fur. Scary stuff,” wrote Davies. “Fabricating Warwick’s costume in the Creature shop. From BTS extras on TROS Blu-ray.”
I have not yet seen that Blue-ray extra. And, at this point, I am not quite sure I want to.
But that IS scary stuff.
Warrick Davis Returns
However, I don’t think this particular “Ewok” is the scariest character Warrick Davis has “played” in Star Wars.
Our friends over at Star Wars Explained posted the below video on the many many characters portrayed by Davis:
And, of course, the return of Wicket in The Rise of Skywalker was a nice bonus, too.
Wicket & Son
SYFY Wire posted about Warrick’s return back in March:
Played once again by returning star Warwick Davis, the Ewok’s cameo also featured the cuddly hero with a little furball of his own: played by Davis’ real-life son, Harrison. “He’s got older like I have, and he’s had a child,” Davis told SYFY WIRE. “The Ewok you see next to him is his son — and my son Harrison, in reality as well, which was a really lovely touch. [director J.J. Abrams] was really keen for us to play the characters together, which was lovely.”

Murder bears. But still cute. I love Warrick Davis and Wicket.
