Frontera Cocina Posts Temporary Menu Ahead of Tomorrow’s Opening at Disney Springs
As we previously reported here at MickeyBlog, Disney Springs is preparing to open to guests tomorrow (May 20th.) Today we published a list of businesses that are going to be re-opening. You can check that out here.
We are excited to share the news that one of our favorite Disney Springs eateries will be reopening to guests. Frontera Cocina will once again be dazzling guests with its incredible Mexican Cuisine.
However, in a trend we’re sure to see at other restaurants in the vicinity, the restaurant has just posted on Instagram a temporary limited menu.
Let’s take a look:
As you can see from the image above, the restaurant has scaled down their menu to just a few starters, entrees and salad dishes. As of going to print Chef Rick Bayless hasn’t said as of yet how long the temporary menu will be in place. Presumably, it is an initial menu to gauge demand with incurring unnecessary wastage.
At the time of print, we aren’t aware of any additional restaurants announcing menu changes. However, we would expect other eateries to follow suit. This is one of the things that we’ll be keeping tabs on here at MickeyBlog so readers are encouraged to keep following along for the latest news and updates!
