Add a Flurry Of Fun To Your Days With Disney’s New Short Series “At Home With Olaf”
Because there is no such thing as TOO MUCH Olaf, we here at MickeyBlog are excited to share the news that Disney Animation announced yesterday that they are creating a new short series called “At Home with Olaf” with Josh Gad returning to the role!
The first short dropped yesterday morning featuring the loveable snowman making his own fun by tossing snowballs around. It’s absolutely adorable and you can take a look here:
And just listen to the AMAZING backstory behind the series: According to a recent piece in TV Guide, due to coronavirus and social distancing, all of the shorts included in the series were created at home by Disney animator Hyrum Osmond. Josh Gad voiced the role at home and the end result is a big dose of Disney magic!
Here’s a look at the official announcement from Disney:

My friends @alittlejelee & @mrhyrum called me up one day & asked me if I would be able 2 record some dialogue & sounds as Olaf from home. These little shorts done from home by Hyrum & the @DisneyAnimation team are so charming & hopefully provide a smile during these scary times🙏 https://t.co/pjdVGSDa2U

However, readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog and we promise to keep you posted. Oh! and don’t forget that Frozen 2 is now available for you to watch at home on Disney+
