Happy Haunts On Hiatus For A Few Days As Haunted Mansion Closes
It seems like the grim grinning ghosts at Magic Kingdom’s Haunted Mansion won’t be materializing for a day or two as several reports are surfacing online the this beloved Liberty Square attraction has had a bit of a malfunction requiring maintenance.
Various reports have been coming in since last night that the Doom Buggies had to come to an abrupt halt yesterday do to an undisclosed technical issue that is anything but a quick fix. Our MickeyBlogger was on the scene yesterday and is at the parks today and can confirm the closure. Here’s a current view of the attraction from the My Disney Experience App.
We heard reports yesterday that the guests had to be evacuated from the ride after a malfunction. According to a recent post on CBR, a park employee disclosed that repairs on The Haunted Mansion ride could take up to three days to fix with maintenance crews on the scene.
