Adam Shankman Signs on to Hocus Pocus 2
Adam Shankman, director of What Men Want and Rock of Ages has signed on as director of the highly anticipated Hocus Pocus 2. According to Variety, he has officially signed on to the Disney+ sequel.

Hocus Pocus 2 is currently in development with Disney+ and the trio of witches are scheduled to return. The original 1993 film has become a pop culture classic even though success was slim when originally aired.
Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy will be back as Winifred, Sarah and Mary. Although we are not sure how they will re-appear this time, we are sure they will be in search of some children. Many of the details of the plot and characters have still not been revealed.
With Adam Shankman directing and Jen D’Angelo (Workaholics) writing, this follow-up to the original sister act will most likely be a success for Disney+. I mean, who can resist the Sanderson sisters?
