We did receive confirmation from Cast Members on the scene that the decision was made to shut down Skyliner operations and ask guests to disembark. The gondolas were down for a little over an hour but we can now report that they are back up and running.
It will be interesting to see how the Skyliner continues to operate during bad weather including heavy downpours, lightning storms and high winds which can be pretty common place in Orlando especially during Hurricane Season!
