Gran Destino Tower Is Officially Open To Guests
Yesterday morning the new Gran Destino Tower officially opened to guests. In true Disney style a festive celebration accompanied its introduction. This new addition to the property completes a multiyear re-imagining of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort that also includes new restaurants, a new arrival experience and more.
The new tower has 16 floors with 545 guest rooms to choose from. This includes 50 suites with club-level services, highlighted by two presidential suites. It also boasts a grand two-story lobby, new meeting venues, new lounges and a rooftop restaurant with spectacular views. The new addition brings Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort new room total to 2,385 surrounding Lago Dorado, the 22-acre lake at the center of the resort.
Guests visiting the property will be excited to discover new dining options including Tolédo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood and Dahlia Lounge located on the 16th floor of the tower. Plus, Three Bridges Bar & Grill is happily situated on Lago Dorado offering an open-air, waterfront restaurant. Delicious entrees and shareables along with refreshing cocktails and signature sangria pitchers are in store for its patrons.
But it’s not just new spaces that were introduced. Guests will discover a complete reimagining of the resort’s original Guest rooms, dining and merchandise locations, and new recreation and other activities.
