Disney Releases Details of New Prix Fixe Menu at Be Our Guest
It’s a culinary cabaret over at Be Our Guest Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom where visitors are being treated to an all-new enchanted dining package. Starting this evening, Be Our Guest now offers an enhanced prix fixe dinner menu with an emphasis on French-inspired dishes. This is a meal carefully designed by Disney to make you feel like Royalty and is a three-course dinner that includes an appetizer, entree and a personal dessert platter. The new menu is officially released and we are excited to share a glimpse with you.
Appetizers: Guests Dining on the Prix Fixe Menu get your choice of one of the following.
- Escargot with Herb Garlic Butter and Toasted Gremolata
- Charred Octopus with Citrus-laced Fingerling Potatoes, Pickled Hearts of Palm and a Red Pepper Coulis Served Cold
- Mixed Field Greens with Sunflower Seed Brittle, Heirloom Tomatoes, House Farm Cheese and Citrus Vinaigrette
- Maine Lobster Bisque with Crème Fraîche and Poached Lobster
- French Onion Soup with Toasted Croutons, Gruyère, and Provolone
- Assorted Meats and Artisanal Cheese Selection
Entrees: Guests Dining on the Prix Fixe Menu get your choice of one of the following.
- Center-cut Filet Mignon with Robuchon Yukon Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Cipollini Marmalade with a Red Wine Glaze
- Smoked Ricotta and Corn Tortellini with Roasted Corn and Peppadew Relish, Rainbow Cauliflower, and Asparagus with Corn-infused Nage
- Spice-dusted Lamb Chops with Roasted Salsify, Baby Zucchini, Charred Tomatoes, and Royal Trumpet Mushrooms with a Lamb Demi
- Poulet Rouge Chicken with Faro Wheat, Seasonal Vegetables, Crisp Pancetta and Garlic Butter Sauce
- Saffron-infused Seafood Bouillabaisse with Seasonal Fish, Main Lobster, Shrimp, Confit Potatoes and Baby Fennel
- Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Crispy Berkshire Pork Belly, Caramelized Cipollini, Roasted Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower Puree and Bacon Dust
